The Client Onboarding Specialist’s primary role is the successful onboarding of
New Clients and the initial Enrollment of new client Employees. This position

PRIMARY Job Description/Duties

ON-BOARDING / ENROLLMENT:

-Welcome Call to confirm and clarify client requirements for successful on boarding
-Setup Client in PayPlus/ EZWEb/Time Clock Plus
-Coordinate with client in receiving Employee On-Boarding Spreadsheet/EE Enrollment Packets
-Format Spreadsheet & Import EE Data OR Manually enter EE’s from Packets
-Verify Accuracy of Employee data entered
-Communicate timelines and progress of on boarding process to Payroll Team/Sales
-Perform new client training on use of EZWeb for Payroll Entry/Employee & Payroll Report Options
-Walk through entering and submitting of 1st Payroll
-Familiarize client with SES Processes and Procedures
-Support client through first few payrolls and assist with any questions/concerns
-Follow up with client to ensure EE Enrollment Packets are received/complete with required documents
-Coordinate with Payroll Team in transitioning client to an assigned CSR
-Provide CSR with Client Overview
-Support client through the transition to Payroll Team and processing of first payroll with new CSR
-Upload all EE enrollment packets to PeopleHQ

Payroll Specialist/Processor

Description - PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
Our client is an established, growing, Stafford-based Company in the PEO/ Human Resources Outsourcing Industry, looking to immediately hire an experienced Payroll Specialist for their corporate team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years as a Payroll Specialist with prior PEO, ASO, HRO or Payroll Service Company experience, such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Accudata, Intuit, or other independent Payroll Processing company.

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be detailed oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and will work with the existing payroll team to accurately and timely process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly multi-state payrolls for our Multi-State Client Base.
The Payroll Specialist will also maintain employee records (as it relates to payroll), time and attendance information, new hires and terminations, benefits and other Employee/Employer Deductions, and other records application to the processing of Client Payrolls. The Payroll Specialist will utilize our PayPlus payroll system software to process pay from time & attendance file feeds, timesheets and data entry adjustments. This position requires a professional level of customer service in all aspects of payroll related issues, including but not limited to system input, reconciliation, preparation of payroll reports/forms, employee data, benefit and other employee deduction reconciliations.
Proven proficiency in basic systems problem resolution through effective interface and communication with Clients and Employee services. Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Proven understanding of the Outsourced Payroll Processing or PEO co-employment relationship. Ability to manage time, as well as, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram or schedule form. Positive attitude and ability to work in a Team Environment. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Responsible for accurate payroll processing for clients’ worksite employees – all levels and ensuring that client utilizing appropriate processing procedures and compliance regulations.
• Understand concept of client payroll processing schedules and their relationship to quarter processing, tax concepts, garnishment and deduction concepts, and maintain timely payroll processing.
• Review year-end check list with clients and take on projects at year end as needed.
• Place calls to client base in order to maintain quality standards, compilation of reports as requested by clients.
• Responsible for Quality Control Check of Processed Payrolls.
• Enters New Hires into the payroll system and set up all required tax, benefit, and other deductions accurately.

Description - Summary
Has complete responsibility for profitability, quality and schedule performance for a Transmission Team within the Engineering Department. Responsible for resource assignment and management within the design team. Supervise the activities of multiple project teams. Perform engineering duties as necessary to ensure completion of projects goals. Must possess extensive knowledge of both transmission design and engineering. The ability to coordinate the efforts of project teams towards the completion of several simultaneous projects is required.

Education / Experience
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Civil, or other applicable engineering degree from an accredited university. Must be a licensed professional engineer with over 10 years experience in the industry. If registered in a state other than where the engineer will practice, the employee must be able to obtain a license within one year of date of hire. Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in both transmission engineering and design, along with the ability to oversee multiple projects, and foresee resource loading conditions are required.

Qualifications
Possess skills in the following areas: •Minimum of 10 years experience in hands on design work; extensive knowledge and understanding of high voltage transmission lines
•Experience in managing the efforts of a design team that includes multiple discipline engineers, designers and drafters
•Knowledge and understanding of transmission engineering, including routing, conductor selection, lattice tower analysis, structure determination, plan and profile development, material takeoffs, etc.
•Strong knowledge of common engineering application software like PLS_Cadd, PLS_Tower, PLS_Pole, Sag10, LPILE, FAD and other applicable software as required.
•Extensive knowledge and understanding of engineering standards including but not limited to NESC, GO 95, IEEE, ANSI and ASTM that apply to transmission design.
